The K-12DB Mini10s (Mini Tens) are ten minute training modules designed to support awareness, use, and integration of the resources included in the state funded K-12 Databases Program.
The design of each K-12DB Mini10:
- is a brief, targeted, and flexible training session (suitable for personal or group use)
- includes all materials needed to conduct or participate (materials can be used in combination or individually)
- is accessible online at any time
- Introduces the state funded K-12 Databases Program and illustrates the value to the school learning community.
- Explains the benefits of the state funded K-12 Databases Program to families and promotes the access and use of the resources at home.
- Provides an introduction to the different types of content available in the state funded K-12 Databases Program and demonstrates how easily and quickly materials can be integrated to units on specific topics.
